Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work for orders placed on opiona.com.
- Return window: 14 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Condition: unused and unworn, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered.
- Refund: to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.
Personalized Items
Pieces made with your name, text or other personalization are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If a personalized piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you entered at checkout, we will remake it or refund it in full.
How to Return an Item
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return confirmation and the return address:

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for any return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you and refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
Other Cases
- Digital downloads: non-refundable once downloaded.
- Etsy orders: orders placed on Etsy follow Etsy's purchase protection; please message us on Etsy.
