Products & Descriptions

We strive for accurate product descriptions, photos, and materials listings. Handmade items may have slight natural variations — this is part of their character. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom engraving or personalization requests must be confirmed before production. Customized items are generally final sale unless defective. Please double-check spelling and details before we begin work.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use unless a commercial license is explicitly stated on the product page. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files is prohibited without written permission.

Returns & Refunds

Physical items: unused, unworn merchandise in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
Digital items: non-refundable once downloaded, except for verified technical defects.

Limitation of Liability

Opiona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
